    3. Can I pay cash?
    • Yes, the option to pay cash is available. When placing your order, choose COD (Cash on delivery) as your payment option - pay cash when package is received. All major credit cards and PayPal are also available.
    4. Do you guys deliver/drop-off packages?
    • Yes, drop off services are available in Nassau only. 
    5. How long is order processing?
    • Please allow 1 business day to process the order before it is ready for delivery. 
    6. Do you ship to the family islands?
    • Yes, we ship to the family islands. [Bahamas]
    7. Do you restock styles once they're sold out?
    • Depending on the demand for the style, it will be restocked. 
    8. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges?
    • No cash refunds. Returns/exchanges are available based on each situation and is only granted where applicable. We advise each lady to assure you're ordering the appropriate size to avoid any mishaps.
